In the next two steps, copy the SAPscript form and the settings for the SAP HR master data sheet into the customer-specific namespace.

  1. The Copy Forms Between Clients view appears.
  2. In the Form Name field, enter the name of one of the original forms. In the Target Form field, enter a name for the customer form.
    Possible names for the original form are:
  • HR_CH_STM01 (Standard Form)

  • HR_CH_STM02 (Enhanced Form)

You must select the name for the form in the customer namespace according to the valid naming convention (the first character must be the letter Y or Z).

If you want to display a company logo in the LOGO window, in the field Logoinclude, enter the name of the include containing the text or graphics generated by the RSTXLDMC report. (Be sure that the LOGO window exists in the standard version of the HR master data sheet S1, but is not already defined as a page window.)
  1. In the dialog box, enter the required HCM localization.
  2. Select the model master data sheet of your choice.
  3. Choose Copy.
  4. In the Master Data Sheet field, enter a suitable identification code and in the Master Data Sheet Name field, enter a name in line with the customer namespace.
According to the naming convention, the first character of the name must be a numeric value, you can choose any character for the second character. The master data sheet report will always use the first master data sheet, sorted lexicographically, as the default value.
  1. Choose OK.
  2. Select Copy All Dependent Entries in the dialog box.
