In this step you determine which data origins to use from a master data sheet.

The master data sheets of the standard system are already assigned to the required data origins.

You must store every standard data origin in an appropriate Customizing setting. In this way, you determine which SAPscript symbols are generated by the master data sheet report.
These symbols are only generated if the data origin is actually assigned to the master data sheet.

A warning appears on the master data sheet report if no Customizing exists for a data origin. You should delete unused data origins to maximize system performance.

Use just one of the IN and IP data origins for PF value types. The IN data origin is only meaningful if you also require value types calculated by the PC interpreter (such as information from the PF account).
