OHICA365 - Define obligation

In this step, you create the keys which represent the liability to the AHV (pension, disability and survivng dependents' insurance) in the system. Here, a key generally also includes the contributions for the invalidity pension, EO (military compensation fund) and ALV(unemployment insurance). The liability is determined dependent on whether the employee is a juvenile, adult or pensioner.
The legal obligations have already been preset in the standard SAP R/3 System.
SAP recommends that you work with the standard system. Do not change the default settings. If you want to change one of these liabilities, create a new one.
- Enter a key and a designation.
- Determine for each of the four insurances, whether or not a liability exists for juveniles, adults and pensioners.
