In this step, you define possible terms of employment.

You require an additional means of distinguishing between your human resource master data for reporting for the Statistics Offices.

Find out what distinctions are required by the Statistics Offices.

The SAP standard system contains several sample terms of employment that can be used by the standard reporting for the Statistics Offices.

1. Check the SAP sample entries.
2. Delete entries not required.
3. Create new entries according to your requirements.

The terms of employment do not have any controlling function in the HR System.
