OHIE0328 - Adapt the feature for union's contribution

In this IMG activity you can use the 'EMODC' feature to define the union dues modifier.

The employees of a company have to pay different union dues depending on the tax modifier with which they are affiliated.

None.

The standard SAP version allows you to specify the value of the 'EMODC' feature based on the following fields:

• WERKS Personnel area

• BTRTL Personnel subarea

• PERSG Employee group

• PERSK Employee subgroup

• TRFAR Pay scale type

• TRFGB Tax modifier

• TRFGR Pay scale group

• TRFST Pay scale level.

Adjust the "EMODC" feature according to your requirements.

1. Call the decision tree of the "EMODC" feature.
2. Check the model entries.
3. Adjust them or create new entries if necessary.
