OHIE0342 - Define contract types

In this IMG activity you can define the contract types used in your company.

An employee's contract is permanent if no limits have been set for the period during which he or she will render services to the company.

None.

There are SAP model entries.

Adjust the model entries to your own requirements.

You should take the official contract type keys published by Social Insurance into account.

1. Check the model entries.
2. Adjust them or create new entries according to your requirements.
1. Enter the contract type key as shown in the official table.
2. Enter the contract category, taking the standard values into account.
3. Enter the contract validity period.
4. Enter the type of contract considering the predetermined types.
5. Define the validity period of the contract.
