OHIE0347 - Determine professional category per contribution group

In his IMG activity you can define the pay scale categories for each contribution group used in your company.

The pay scale category of an employee belonging to the 'Engineers and Graduates' contribution group could be, for example, 'Systems Analyst'.

You must previously have defined:

• the contribution groups to be used,

• the possible values of the pay scale categories modifier,

• the catalog of pay scale categories used in your company.

SAP contains model entries.

Adjust the SAP model entries according to your own requirements.

Adjust the existing entries or create new ones according to your needs.

1. Define the relationships existing between:
1. the pay scale categories modifier,
2. pay scale categories and
3. contribution groups.
2. Enter the corresponding validity periods.
