OHIGBPBS02010301 - Copy Infotype Records Across Personnel Numbers

In this Customizing activity, you enable infotype copy for infotypes that need to remain unchanged across all personnel numbers of an employee. The different personnel numbers of an employee are linked in the Reference Personnel Numbers (0031) infotype.

Only enable this copy function for infotypes that do not define the employee's work relationship.

If you enable this copy function for an infotype, the system will process it as follows:

• When you create a new personnel number, you will need to specify another personnel number of an employee as the reference personnel number. The infotypes for which enabled this copy function will be created with the same content as on the reference personnel number.

• When you change data on an infotype, the system will copy data from the personnel number you are processing to all the other personnel numbers of the employee.

In the Details view for the following infotypes, set the Copy infotype check box :

• Personal Data (0002) infotype

• Addresses (0006) infotype

• Bank Details (0009) infotype

• Tax Data GB(0065) infotype

• Reference Personnel Number Priority(0121) infotype
