In this step, if the Salary Calculation used for the USS Salary Changes interface varies with Employee Grouping or Pay Scale, then copy the standard Wage Type (grouping) "USAL" as many time as is required. (The interface type "1" for the USS Interface must be specified in the decision tree.)

Most universities will only have ONE Salary Calculation used for the USS Salary Changes interface and so can omit this step.
