You have to identify which challenge groups are considered "disabled" for HESA purposes.

If you use infotype Challenge (0004) to hold the information that a member of staff is disabled, not all challenge groups may be considered "disabled" for HESA purposes.

Put all Challenge groups into the mapping table and mark those that are to be considered "challenged".

You have set up the Challenge groups.

There is no standard setup delivered since you need to set up your own challenge groups.

Use infotype Additional Personal Data (0077) to hold the information if a member of staff is challenged rather than infotype Challenge.
