You have to identify your casual staff for the HESA return.

Determine which employee groups/-subgroups are considered casual staff and the set up the feature accordingly.

Use the feature as delivered if you don't have casual staff in your return.

SUBST_MERGE_LIST - merge external lists to one complete list with #if... logic for R3up   TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local Currency
