The School / Type of Employment Number is assigned to each employee through feature 'TPS School / type of employment number' (08TSN).
The value is returned in records 'Service Annual Return details', 'Amendment of previous service details', 'Appointment details' for all returning organisations. For non-LEA employers this filed is returned as establishment number in 'Additional contributions details' records.
This value must be maintained for all employees who's servicce is recordable under TPS.
