OHIGBPBSTPS0607 - Identify 'Casual' staff

You can identify your casual staff for the TPS Annual return for the purpose of Full-Time Equivalent Calculation and Reckonable Service Credit calculaiton.

For staff identified as casual, their full-time equivalent will be calculated as a ratio between actual salary paid and annual salary rate for a period. For other staff, full-time equivalent will be calculated as a ratio between working hours per week defined in field 'Hours per week' (WOSTD) on infotype 'Planned Working time'(0007) and working hours per wekk attributed to the employee's pay scale in table 'Standard Working Hours'(T510I) in field 'Weekly Pay Scale Working Time in Hours'(TRWAZ).

For example, the staff which have 'notional' capacity utilisation level attributed to them on infotype 'Planned Working Time' (0007) due to the nature of their contract can be identified as casual in this feature.
