OHIGBPBSWTD04 - Assign a Relevant Period Length in Weeks

In this Customising activity, you assign the length of the relevant period used for each employee group to average the employee's hours is attached. You specify the length of the period in weeks.

To do that, you edit the Determine Relevant Period for Working Time Directive (GWTDC) feature in the system.

The length of the relevant period is based on the employee's working times in their Conditions of Service, for most employee's this is an average over 17 weeks.

Execute this Customizing activity and proceed as follows:

1.,,Check if the standard settings fit your company's requirements.
