You can set up different NHS honorary contract types.

If the NHS honorary contract type field is filled on the infotype the employee is assumed to have an NHS honorary contract for HESA Individualised Staff return purposes. You may need to set up a number of types for HR purposes.

SAP delivers sample entries.
