In this step, you will set up information about branch offices in Social Insurance processing.

This section provides you a two-step screen for maintenance.

You will see the list screen first.
On this screen, the following fields are displayed:

  • Social insurance modifier
  • Branch office name

By selecting a particular branch office, you can go to the detail screen.
On the detail screen, the following fields are displayed:

  • Name of branch office, name of representative person, his/her title
  • Address and telephone number of the branch office
  • Identification of the branch office for Social Insurance Office
  • Identification of the branch office for Health Insurance Union
  • Identification of the branch office for Pension Fund
  • Santei/Geppen processing rules for employees in the branch office
  • Santei processing rule for part time employees
  • Basic data specification for IKKATSU TEKIYOU
  • Type of medical insurance organization for Nursing Insurance

The entries in the SAP standard system are only samples.

  1. Check the SAP sample entries.
  2. Delete entries that are not required.
  3. Create new entries according to your requirements.

  • When there is only one entry set up, the list screen is bypassed, and the detail screen for this entry is displayed directly.
  • By double-clicking on a line in the list screen, you can go to the detail screen.
  • By pressing the save button, you can go back to the list screen.
