OHIJ0023 - Define appraisal detail features for bonus appraisal

In this step you will specify which appraisal detail features should be assigned to each group of employees.
In other words, for each combination of appraisal modifier and appraisal main feature you will define the following:
- the detail feature to be used
- each detail feature's weight
This set up concerns bonus appraisals, that is, employees' reviews performed before bonus (Japanese syoyo) payments.
For this set up you must have defined the following:
Appraisal modifiers.
Main appraisal features.
Detail appraisal features.
The entries in the SAP standard delivery system are only samples.
- Check the SAP sample entries.
- Delete entries that are not required.

Create new entries according to your requirements.
