In this step you will specify the payscale regrading constants according to the rank an employee has received in the evaluation process.

Employees that have received rank 'A' will have a payscale regrading constant of two.

In order to define the regrading constants you must have performed the following step:
Define appraisal rank codes

The entries in the SAP standard delivery system are only samples.

  1. Check the SAP sample entries.
  2. Delete entries that are not required.
  3. Create new entries according to your requirements.
