In this step you will define the main appraisal features of the evaluation criteria.
Main appraisal features represent the areas in which you want to evaluate your employees.
You may want to evaluate your employees in the following areas:
- Individual achievements
- Basic skills
The entries in the SAP standard delivery system are only samples.
- Check the SAP sample entries.
- Delete entries that are not required.

Create new entries according to your requirements.
You can further refine the evaluation criteria using Detail appraisal features.
