OHIJ0033 - Define appraisal main features for bonus appraisal

In this step you will specify which appraisal main features should be assigned to each group of employees.

In other words, for each appraisal modifier you will define the following:

• the appraisal main feature to be used

• each main feature's weight

This set up concerns bonus appraisals, that is, employees' reviews performed before bonus (Japanese syoyo) payments.

For this set up you must have defined the following:
Appraisal modifiers.
Main appraisal features.

The entries in the SAP standard delivery system are only samples.

1. Check the SAP sample entries.
2. Delete entries that are not required.
3. Create new entries according to your requirements.
