OHIJ0035 - Define appraisal rank codes

In this step you will specify the possible appraisal ranks and their respective texts.
Appraisal ranks are grades the employee receives in the evaluation process.

You may define the following appraisal ranks:
Rank Text
==== ====
A Very Good
B Good
C Regular

The entries in the SAP standard delivery system are only samples.

1. Check the SAP sample entries.
2. Delete entries that are not required.
3. Create new entries according to your requirements.
