OHIJ0095 - Define wage type model for bonus base

In this step, you can define a wage type model and assign your wage types to a wage type model for SYOYO amount calculation. Wage type models and assigned wage types will be used as the basis for SYOYO amount calculation.

The wage type model you defined in this step will be assigned to personnel area and personnel subarea in the next step. Hence, you must define more than one wage type model if different models of base wage types for SYOYO amount calculation exit in your company.

The wage type M000 (Basic Pay) is used as the basis for SYOYO amount calculation.

Wage types have been defined in the wage type catalog.

Check which wage types are relevant to SYOYO amount calculation in your company.

SAP's sample wage type models have already been defined and wage types have already been assigned to models.

Check wage type model and wage types. Create any new ones you require.
