OHIJ0102 - Define retirement reason category

In this step, you define the retirement reason category. This reason category will be used to specify how reduction calculation for the retirement allowance amount should be carried out.

This retirement reason category will be assigned to action and reason of action in the next step, so that retirement action and reasons of action defined, can be categorized in terms of a retirement allowance amount reduction formula.

This is common to all three types of calculation method.

Your company has the following two retirement reason categories:

• Retirement by company reason

• Retirement by employee's reason

Check how retirement allowance amount reduction is made in your company.

SAP's sample retirement reason categories have already been defined.

Define retirement reason category.

Check reason categories and create any new ones you require.
