In this step, you will set up the nursing insurance premium amounts applicable to the employer and the employee. Nursing insurance premium amounts must be defined for each grade number of standard compensation of health insurance (range 1 to 40).

Note
You only need to carry out this step if the branch office's payment rule for nursing insurance is "Fixed amount".

In the payroll program, an employee's grade number of standard compensation for health insurance is checked against the nusring insurance premium amount table and corresponding premium amount is deducted.

As the premium amounts may vary according to the area, they are grouped by insurance branch office. That is, each insurance branch office has its own set of premium rates.

When you execute the function associated with this step, a pop-up screen will be displayed and you will first have to specify which branch office you want to set the premium amounts for.

In order to define the insurance premium amounts, you must have set up the Branch Office for social insurance.

The entries in the standard system are only samples.

  1. Check the SAP sample entries.
  2. Maintain employee's amount and total amount for each grade.
    (Difference between total and employee's amount will be set to employer's amount automatically.)
