Business Add-In (BAdI) Edit data records of Loss form data file for Pens. fund (PADJP_RPLPFLJ0) is called from the report Loss of Qualification Form Data File for Pens. Fund (RPLPFLJ0). With this BAdI, you can set data to the following items which are not set by the report.

  • Remarks Column
  • Insurance Number (Pension Fund) (If subtype 3 is not maintained)
  • Postal Code (Parent)
  • Postal Code (Child)
  • Address after Retirement (Kana)
  • Address after Retirement (Kanji)
  • Cause of Loss
  • Application of Additional Payment
  • Cause of Additional Payment Termination
  • Monthly Addtional Payment 1
  • Monthly Standard Payment 1
  • Monthly Addtional Payment 2
  • Monthly Standard Payment 2
  • Pension Fund Specific Field 1 - 10

It is technically possible to edit data not only in the items described above, but in all items in the data records. Pension Fund. If you need to change data set by the report, you have to pay special caution not to create inappropriate application record.

The BAdI contains the method EDIT_RECORDS which is used to edit data records.

SAP provides a sample code of this method (IF_EX_PADJP_RPLPFLJ0~EDIT_RECORDS), which will set data to the following items.

  • Remarks Column
    The reason of disqualification (retirement, decease, transfer) and the date of the cause are set to Remarks Column.
    Example:
    An employee is disqualified Feburary 1st because of his/her retirement.

  • Pension Fund Specific Field 1

You have set up necessary customizing settings to submit Loss of qualification form to Pension Fund with data file.
