Business Add-In (BAdI) Edit data records of Acq. form data file for SI office (PADJP_RPLSHOJ0) is called from the report Acquisition of Qualification Form Data File for SI Office (RPLSHOJ0). With this BAdI, you can set data to the following item which is not set by the report.

  • Remarks Column

It is technically possible to edit data not only in the item described above, but in all items in the data records. If you need to change data set by the report, you have to pay special caution not to create inappropriate application record.

This BAdI contains the method EDIT_RECORDS which is used to edit data records.

SAP provides a sample code of this method (IF_EX_PADJP_RPLSHOJ0~EDIT_RECORDS), which will set data to the following item.

  • Remarks Column
For a part-time employee (his/her insurance deduction indicator is set as "Part" in Infotype 0140 (SI Basic Data JP) / Subtype 1 (Health ins.) or 2 (EE's pens.) ), the text "Part", his/her weekly working hours and hourly wage are set to Remarks Column.
    Example :
In case a part-time employee works 30 hours per week and his/her hourly wage is 800 JPY.
    Part 30.00 Hour/Week Hourly Wage 800 Yen.

You have set up necessary customizing settings to submit Acquisition of qualification form to Social Insurance Office with data file.
