OHIJ0185 - BAdI : Maintain Loss of Qualification Form Data File Editing Module

Business Add-In (BAdI) Edit data records of Loss form data file for SI office (PADJP_RPLSHLJ0) is called from the report Loss of Qualification Form Data File for SI Office (RPLSHLJ0). With this BAdI, you can set data to the following item which is not set by the report.

• Remarks Column

It is technically possible to edit data not only in the item described above, but in all items in the data records. If you need to change data set by the report, you have to pay special caution not to create inappropriate application record.

The BAdI contains the method EDIT_RECORDS which is used to edit data records.

SAP provides a sample code of this method (IF_EX_PADJP_RPLSHLJ0~EDIT_RECORDS), which will set data to the following item.

• Remarks Column
  The reason of disqualification (retirement, decease, transfer) and the date of the cause are set to Remarks Column.
  Example:
  An employee is disqualified Feburary 1st because of his/her retirement.

You have set up necessary customizing settings to submit Loss of qualification form to Social Insurance Office with data file.
