OHIJIN002 - Define Usages of Individual Numbers

In this Customizing activity, you define the allowed usages of individual numbers, where the numbers can be used. You can assign usage details, system transactions, or retention periods to the usage. By doing so, you control where and for how long the authorized users can display or edit the employees' individual numbers without data masking.

You can select one of the defined usages when you create an Individual Numbers JP (3386) infotype record.
