OHIJIN006 - Specify Legal Retention Start Date

In this Customizing activity, you specify a legal start date for the retention of individual numbers. The system uses this date to calculate the retention period which is determined by the legal start date for retention.
You have defined the start date of retention for the relevant transaction code as Legal Date in Current Year or Legal Date in Next Year. You can do that in Customizing for Personnel Management under Personnel Administration -> Personal Data -> Individual Number (Japan) -> Assign Transactions to Usage Details.
Define the date in the format of MMDD.
