In this Customizing activity, you define the templates of the notification e-mails about the results of status checks on individual number records. You can send the e-mails to your employees and the responsible administrators if either of the following happens:

  • An individual number has not been entered for an employee or his or her dependent.
  • The usage of individual numbers requires updating after a change in an employee's social insurance status or the dependent status.

Define the following for the template:

  • ID of the template
  • Sequence and content of each e-mail section
