OHIJIN013 - Determine Check Error Display for Individual Numbers

In this Customizing activity, you determine whether the legal reports display check errors related to individual numbers in the processing log. You display the errors from respective report output screens.

You use the Determine log behavior in report for individual numbers (22IRL) feature to specify whether the errors are displayed.

You specify a four-digit character string, <ABCD>, as the feature return value. Each digit controls the display of one error type:

• <A>: No Individual Numbers JP (3386) infotype records have been created for the default corporate number modifier determined by the employee's personnel area and subarea.

• <B>: The individual number (Indiv. Number field) is empty in the 3386 infotype record created for the default corporate number modifier.

• <C>: The individual number in the 3386 infotype record created for the default corporate number modifier is rejected.

• <D>: Both the individual number and the identity information in the 3386 infotype record created for the default corporate number modifier are not confirmed (the Confirmed checkbox is unselected).

You can specify one of the following values for each digit:

• X: The log displays the error.

• : The log does not display the error.
