OHIJIN014 - Determine Confirmation Delegation for 3-gou Insured Spouses

In this Customizing activity, you determine whether the individual numbers or the identity information of employee spouses whose national pension status is 3-gou insured needs to be confirmed by the employer. If the employer has delegated the confirmation to the employees, the information is required to be confirmed by the employees. If not, the employer needs to confirm the information in the system. You determine this with the IT3386: delegate confirmation of 3-gou insured (22SP3) feature.

  The employer does not delegate the confirmation to the employees. The employer is required to confirm the individual number and identity information of the employees' spouses whose national pension is 3-gou insured. In this case, as the proxy, the employees is required to provide evidence of their spouses' individual number and identity information, and the HR personnel updates the relevant Individual Numbers JP (3386) infotype records accordingly.

  The employer has delegated the confirmation to the employees, therefore, the individual number and identity information of the relevant employee spouses is not required to be confirmed by the employer in the system. The employees themselves, as delegates of the employer, confirm the information for their spouses.
