OHIK0065 - Province (CA)

This section of the implementation guide (IMG) will help you insure that all the provinces in which you do business are correctly entered in the system. You can also use this section of the IMG insure that the national address elements equivalent to the provinces are in the system.

The provinces are entered with both the official abbreviation and the full name.

1. Use the IMG or the menu path to access the province input screen.
2. Check the entries to insure that all the provinces required by your company are correctly entered in the system.
3. Save your entries using the save icon or the F11 key.

If you conduct business with other countries with a regional element in the address (state in the US, for example), then use this screen to enter those regions.
