In this Customizing activity, you define the dependencies between categories and infotypes. You must define the link between newly entered categories and infotypes otherwise the new categories are rejected by the system.

Links created within this customizing activity are used by the system to determine which Personnel Orders(0298) infotype entry should be linked from Electronic Exchange - Employee Data(3467) infotype entry as either Hiring, Firing or Reassignment Order:

• Hiring and Firing Orders are relevant for Contract Data(COND) subtype of Electronic Exchange - Employee Data (3467) infotype

• Reassignment Orders are relevant for Additional Agreement Data(AADA) subtype of Electronic Exchange - Employee Data (3467) infotype

Note: You can enter * (asterisk) in the Action Reason field for the selection of any action reason in combination with a specific action type in the Action Type field.
