In this Customizing activity, you enter the regions that you need to use for garnishments in your company. You select theses regions in the Origin field in the Garnishment Documents (0296) infotype.

Since the garnishment rate depends on the region in which the garnishment originates, you create an origin for each combination of region and rate.
