OHIKZMDPA_PO_002 - Define Contract Termination Reasons

In this Customizing activity, you add legal information about contract termination reasons: code, legal article and long text.

Note: You can also use E-HR Directory Loader to add legal information to the directory.

You can use the legal additional information about a reason for a personnel action as follows:

When you create records in the Personnel Orders (0298) infotype, you can also include the following details for the given personnel action (if legal data exists in the directory): short text, article, long text.

If there is no data in the legal directory, only data in Customizing activity Specify Details About Reasons for Personnel Actions is used.

You have defined contract termination reasons in the current Customizing activity.

You have created details about reasons for personnel actions and assigned legal codes to them in Customizing activity Specify Details About Reasons for Personnel Actions.
