OHIKZMDPA_PO_003 - Specify Details About Reasons for Personnel Actions

In this Customizing activity, you enter the texts that you use in the Details for Reasons field and assign a Legal Code to Details for Reasonsof personnel actions
You can enter predefined details for each reason that lies behind a personnel action.
You can use the additional information about a reason for a personnel action when you create records in the Personnel Orders (0298) infotype. You can also include details for the given personnel action.
You can document only one detail for each reason.
If a Legal Code is linked to Details for Reasons, this additional information will be used as follows:
- When you a create record in the Personnel Orders(0298) infotype, you can also include the following details for the given personnel action (if legal data exists in the directory): short text, article and long text.
- If there is no data in the legal directory, only data from Customizing activitySpecify Details About Reasons for Personnel Actions is used.
- You have customized the Legal Details About Reasons directory, for example in Customizing activity Define Contract Termination Reasons.
