OHIKZMDPA_PO_012 - Specify Relevance of Legal Error Code to Message in E-HR

In this Customizing activity, you assign a message legal code to a message from the system message class. Creation of these links created are later used for determination of the status of an E-HR Kazakhstan entry that is submitted with errors.

The standard delivery contains a list of messages (005-009) in a message class HRPADKZ_EHR_LEGAL that describe differently processed groups of events that legal error can indicate:

• Message 005 - Indicates issues with missing or wrong entries in system dictionaries;

• Message 006 - Indicates issues with missing or wrong values in fields of XML request that are not supported by system;

• Message 007 - Indicates issues with missing or wrong master data of employer or employee (for example, wrong IIN or BIN);

• Message 008 - Indicates issues with missing or wrong properties of document submitted (for example, wrong Document ID Assigned by Authorities);

• Message 009 - Indicates issues with certificates and signing process of E-HR Process.

This list is given as an example. There also are messages in message classes HRPADKZ_EHR and HRPADKZ_EHR_LEGAL that can also be used to determine a status of an entry.

For example, if the server responds with error legal code ABCD1 and you link that error code to message 009, the system will set status of such an erroneous E-HR entry to "Failed to Sign" instead of "Failed to Send" (or another) according to the values entered in Customizing activity Specify Relevance of Status to Entry in E-HR.
