In this Customizing activity, you add an additional criterion to personnel action types to enable Kazakhstan -specific reports and the payroll driver for Kazakhstan to determine the reasons behind personnel actions.

Kazakhstan-specific reports use the event groups (hire, rehire, or terminate employment contract) to correctly determine personnel actions that you perform in your company.

For each of the event groups in this Customizing activity, assign the combinations of personnel actions and reasons for personnel actions that you use for each event group in your company.
