OHIMDKBOL - Maintain feature for free accommodation

Feature DKBOL is used in the Danish statistics infotype to assign a default value in field P0204-KSOM2 for either:
0 = no free accommodation, or
1 = free accommodation
This value is transferred to the DA/DS statistics using infotype 16 (Contract Elements) and field P0016-CTTYP (contract type). You can also create special contract types.
