OHIMSEKEY - Maintain SE keys and numbers (tax employer numbers)

In this step you set up the SE employer numbers used in your company to notify the tax authorities.
Maintain an entry for each statutory employer number used within your company. Each employer number is linked to a two character key used to access the employer number.
You can assign a main employer number to each PBS company (flag HSE).
A main employer number defines an employer number used by all other employers in the same PBS company to pay their taxes to the state.
