In this step you can create your own Other employment wage types, infotype (0371), by copying the model offered in the standard SAP R/3 system.
These copies are the wage types that you can use and change to suit your specific requirements.
- For information on how to configure wage types by using prototypes or copying the proposed wage type catalogs in the standard SAP R/3 system, see steps " Create wage types using wage type catalogs" and "Create wage types using prototypes".
- Note that the wage types copied from the model proposed by SAP have the same properties (valuation bases, processing class, evaluation class and so on). You can check the properties and if necessary change them in the subsequent steps.
Use ony the range of names reserved for the wage types of your company (wage types that begin with a number). Do not copy wage types in the area reserved for the SAP wage types model (those that begin with a letter or a symbol).
