This step enables you to check the message codes and texts employed by the executive authority.

The message code is entered per employee in infotype Social Insurances (0059). The codes are used in the annual statement to the executive authorities.

The annual statement comprises the following reports:

• Annual statement GAK (RPCBJON0) and

• Annual statement CADANS (RPCCJON0).

All message codes for "Special Indicators" applicable to the executive authorities are supplied by SAP as part of the standard delivery.

Check if all required message codes are included and create new ones if necessary.
