OHIN0402 - Create pension types

In this step you can define the pension schemes (pension types) and the methods for calculating pension contributions [premieberekeningen] you want to use in your organization.

Employees can participate in up to 9 different pension schemes. A calculation method is defined for each individual pension type.

If your company uses 6 different methods for calculating pension contributions, at least 6 pension types must be defined in the system.

Each pension type is specified by a 3-digit code. Currently only the numbers "001" to "009" can be used.

An alternative way to assign pension contributions is using wage types. In this case, pension types must be reserved, too, but the calculation method does not have to be specified.

1. Define which pension types you require and enter them into the system.
2. To change calculation methods or the name of a pension type: Delimit the old data and create a new record with the correct start date.
