OHIN0403 - Check default values

In this step you can indicate whether or not and in which way to use default values to create a new record for infotype Pensions NL(0110).

The default values are defined using the feature NLPNS. A feature is basically a decision tree. A decision can be based on:

• Company code

• Personnel area

• Personnel subarea

• Employee group

• Employee subgroup

If an employee belongs to a certain employee (sub) group the following values are entered:

• Pension indicator = 001 (pension fund)

• Contribution indicator = 1 (statutory contribution)

• Part-time percentage = 20,00

Please refer to the decision tree, feature NLPNS.

1. Check feature NLPNS and change if necessary.

You can use the feature DFINF to indicate which default values need to be used if an existing record is copied.
