OHIN0425 - Check speical employee groups

In this step you can inspect the special employee group tables.

The white and green tables are not applicable to special employee groups. Instead, special tables are used for these groups.

Code 230: Non-resident Artists (entertainers).

The special employee groups are prescribed by the tax office or another authority and supplied with the standard delivery. The texts of these standard groups can be changed, whereas the meaning cannot.
The SAP standard delivery uses the codes prescribed by the tax office.
The data is stored in two categories depending on the employee's age (0 = Persons younger than 65; 1 = Persons aged 65 and over).

The codes supplied need not be modified.

1. Check the special groups codes supplied by SAP and make changes to the text if necessary.
2. Check if new groups have been introduced by the tax office or another authority. Add the new codes if required.
3. To make changes, delimit the existing data and create a new record with the correct start date. Please note that when modifying or adding data, you need to use the codes prescribed by the authorities.
