In this step you can define the default values which are displayed when a new record is created for infotype 0060 (Fiscal Data NL).

The default values are defined using the feature NLSTD.

A feature is basically a decision tree. A decision can be based on:

  • Personnel area
  • Personnel subarea
  • Employee group
  • Employee subgroup.

If an employee belongs to employee group 2 (pensioners), the following values are entered:

  • Conversion rule = 0 (no conversion)
  • Calculation table = 2 (green)
  • Period = 2 (month)
  • Tax class = 2
  • Income indicator = 15 (other wage earners)

The following codes (indicators) must be defined in the system:

  • Tax classes
  • Marital status indicators
  • Table colors
  • Periods
  • Conversion rules
  • Income indicators

Furthermore, your employee organizational assignment must be defined:
personnel area / personnel subarea and employee group/subgroup.

A default setting for the feature is supplied with the standard delivery.

  1. Check the default values used by the system based on the standard setup of the feature NLSTD (using the assignment criteria you apply to your staff).
  2. Make changes to the values if necessary.

For more information on NLSTD see the online documentation in the feature editor.
