In this step, you define the assignment pattern between pay scale groups/levels and professional categories.
This assignment pattern will be used as default when you create or change a record in Infotype 0337 - Professional Classifications.
Ideally, every pay scale level from the company's pay scale type(s) should have an assignment pattern to some professional category, in order to avoid manual input of data when maintaining records of the Infotype 0337.
