In previous steps, you grouped your employee groups/subgroups and personnel areas for primary wage types.

In this section, you can define which wage types may be entered for your groupings.

You want to allow a wage type only for employee grouping "9". These employee groups and subgroups were defined in a previous step. Set this indicator in column "9" of the "Admissibility for employee subgroup grouping" block for your groupings.

You want to allow a wage type only for personnel area grouping "9". These personnel areas were defined in a previous step. Set this indicator in column "9" of the "Admissibility for personnel area grouping" block for your groupings.

  • You have defined your employee groups and subgroups.
  • You have defined your personnel areas.
  • You have grouped employee groups, subgroups and personnel areas for primary wage types.
  • You have defined the wage type catalog.

The indicator described in the example above must be "1", if you define wage types as allowed without the system issuing a note or a warning. The indicator must be "2" if the user receives a system warning when he/she enters a wage type.

A blank entry means that the wage type may not be entered.

Use this functionality to produce more extensive validity checks when wage types are entered.

Assign the appropriate indicators to your wage types.

If there are no employee group, subgroup or personnel area groupings, blanks in the admissibility string mean no checks are carried out.
