In this step you enter the information that you will require for managing employment verification data necessary for the employment of alien citizens.

The SAP standard delivery system contains sample entries. If you want to use these, you first must copy them from client 000 since the tables in which they are stored possess delivery class C.

Proceed as follows to maintain ID types:

1. Select activity Maintain ID types.
2. Enter a two digit, alphanumeric key which will identify an ID type in the SAP system.
3. Enter a description.
4. Save your entries.

Proceed as follows to maintain work permit types:

1. Select activity Maintain work permit types.
2. Enter a two digit, alphanumeric key which will identify a work permit type in the SAP system.
3. Enter a description.
4. Save your entries.
